Inland Northwest Action Shooters will host Monthly Matches during the 2006 Shooting Season (March October).
Monthly Matches will be held at the Spokane Valley Rifle & Pistol Club located in Mica, WA.
Monthly Matches will usually consist of 4 pistol stages including one USPSA Classifier stage. If you are a current USPSA Member, INAS will submit your Classifier score to Headquarters.
In addition to the 4 pistol stages, there will be an optional multi-gun stage. This stage will require the use of both a competition shotgun and Hi-Power rifle. For every match, INAS will provide a suitable shotgun and rifle for those who are interested.
The requirements are as follows:
|
Shooters are welcome to use their own shotgun and rifle. The multi-gun stage scores will not be used to determine the final results because it is an optional stage.
A reminder to all shooters Steel-Core (armor piercing, green-tip, etc...) ammunition is strictly prohibited at The Spokane Valley Rifle & Pistol Club. All shooters are responsible for any damage to steel targets from use of prohibited steel-core ammunition!
| Although INAS allows all USPSA Divisions to participate in monthly matches, we strongly prefer and encourage Production, Limited-10, Limited, and Revolver divisions. In addition, INAS will be the first club in the Inland Northwest Area to officially recognize and encourage the 1911 Single Stack Division. This new division will not unfairly handicap a shooter who chooses not to invest in expensive and impractical extended-length magazines. |
The New Shooter Introduction and Free Skill-Builder Clinic will be offered at every match and is mandatory for all new and beginning shooters. Experienced shooters are also encouraged to attend. Shooters interested in taking a few warm-up/practice shots before the match begins are invited to attend the Clinic, but must arrive on-time and participate for the entire class.
Topics covered in New Shooter Introduction and Free Skill-Builder Clinic include:
